We offer complete design assistance and engineering services, and notable features of our systems include:

• Acurlite’s skylight system is turnkey with all design, engineering, project management and fabrication being performed in one location, at our headquarters in Pennsylvania.
• Acurlite’s standard system testing includes all typical skylight geometries and details. Eliminating the need for additional mock-up testing for individual projects.
• Acurlite’s skylight systems are fully tested for air, water, structural, small and large missile (hurricane impact) as well as bomb blast rated.
• Acurlite’s standard systems are tested and proven to 3-times the industry standard. Achieving a .02 cfm/sqft for air infiltration.
• Acurlite’s skylights are fully tested for slope glaze applications per NFRC 100, 200, and 500 with various glazing makeups and low-e coatings offering a range of performance. Options include triple I.G.U. with multiple low-e’s to standard product configurations.
• Acurlite’s standard systems achieve a U-factor of .033 with standard triple I.G.Us and U-factors as low as .20 with our thermally improved systems per NFRC standards.
• Our system is tested per AAMA 1503 standards, achieving a U-factor of 0.39 and CRF of 75 when paired with a standard 1-5/16” I.G.U and Solarban 70 glazing.
• Acurlite structural skylight systems are fully shop-fabricated, and can be partially assembled and glazed, offering a unitized or modular product when projects require. There is zero field fabrication with our system. Even aluminum closures and corners are fully factory pre-fabricated.
• Acurlite delivers on factory vehicles or dedicated carries only. Eliminating typical freight damage and guaranteeing on-time delivery.
