To access Acurlite’s FTP server, guests need to use an FTP client such as FileZilla, which is free but must be downloaded from https://filezilla-project.org/download.php and installed on your computer. Once FileZilla is installed on your machine, use the following login procedure:

• Enter ftp.acurlite.com in the host field
• Enter the username and password provided by your Acurlite representative.
• Set port to 22
• Click Quickconnect
• You may receive a popup warning box for an “unknown host key.” It is safe to click “OK.” You may also check the box for “Always trust this host, add this key to the cache” to avoid seeing this message in the future.
